Setting my Windows Service (Daemon) to Start only if Maria DB is running

Hi, I'm wanting to set my Windows Service to only start if the Maria DB Service is running. i.e. have a dependency on Maria DB (MySQL). I see there is a  TWinBindings.Dependencies property to do this. Could anyone please assist in providing an example of setting this property?
