Mouse leaving chart

Hi,
I noticed that there is no OnMouseLeave event in TChart. Is there a way to detect when the mouse gets out the chart?

Never needed it. But I think it could be useful sometimes. So, I published the OnMouseEnter and OnMouseLeave events in r63570.
