communiocation using serial port (RS232)

hi,
I've tried to find out how to use serial communication (RS232) in Lazarus on that forum , and on google, and I cant find any.
Is here anybody who know how and can help me ?
Because im newbie with Lazarus - if it is possible give me instruction step by step - or better simple lazarus project with using rs232.
