[SOLVED] Missing Win32 FPC 3.2.0 bootstrap compiler?

There is a ftp.freepascal.org/pub/fpc/dist/3.0.4/bootstrap/i386-win32-ppc386.zip but there is no ftp.freepascal.org/pub/fpc/dist/3.2.0/bootstrap/i386-win32-ppc386.zip to build trunk on Windows.

Is this an oversight?
