MacOS App Name - How to Set for MacOS Menu Bar?

I set my Project Options' Application Name however when I Run on MacOS Catalina the value shown in the Menu Bar for the Application is the File Name.   How can I set the Application Name so it displays in the menu bar (next to the Apple Logo).   Thanks!
