LCLIntf and LCLType does not seem to support Layered windows?

I a recent post about layered windows I noticed the LCLIntF and LclType does not have the defines in it and the function call "SetLayeredWindowAttributes"

 Of course they are in the Windows unit..

 These functions have been around since Win2000, are they not supported on other Widgets ?
