Template not existing for a wiki page

Hello!

I would like translate this wiki page.
https://wiki.freepascal.org/Reference:_MSEgui

So I created this one:
https://wiki.freepascal.org/Reference:_MSEgui/fr

But there is no links between the two versions at the top of the page. I don't know how to repair it. I tried to add {{ Reference: MSEgui }} at the top of the original page, but I get a message saying that "template doesn't exist". Could someone fix it or explain how to do?

Another question. Is it possible to change the title of a page? I would like to change "MSEide & MSEgui" to "MSEide+MSEgui" (which is the standard denomination) here:
https://wiki.freepascal.org/MSEide_%26_MSEgui

Is it possible without breaking the links?

I could be wrong, but usually the wiki automatically recognizes pages translated into new languages.
I would advise you to contact the Administrator.
