Possible reason for error

I've built my own web-server using fpweb. No problem at all up to now, but suddenly following error occurs this morning.

What are possible reasons and where am I to check?

Webserver is running on Windows 10, IIS, CGI module.

I just deleted some webactions not used any more, and it works now.
