Mode ObjFPC - please update

We have 2 documentations, the wiki page and Free Pascal's Documentation. The items explained for mode ObjFPC are not the same on both pages.

These should be on both pages:
- Inline code is allowed: There is no need to enable it with the {$INLINE} directive.
- Exceptions, classes and Interfaces are enabled.

So, please update the pages.

I have updated the wiki page, however the English version only. Anybody being fluent in Spanish or French is welcome to update the corresponding version.
