Fail to fork process

Hi,

I have made a program in 0.94 under linux(unbuntu 7.04).
It uses postgresql+ZEOS component and has several timers which uses TProcess.

I am getting message "Failed to Fork process" after one day running.
There must be a point that process is left unclosed. I am unsure whether it
coms from.

So I need to print the current number of files open and number of process open.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank
