A high level language defeats that argument, which is practical but work-around..... why did you study for so many years, Marco?

Well, chemical reactors are quite complex, organic synthesis is also no picknick. Oh you mean IT related? Well, that was only one and an half year:-)

True but, it isn't necessarily meant to avoid it completely (a goal that is unlikely to even be practical.)  Even in C, there are times when using assembly cannot be avoided.
(FPC v3.0.4 and Lazarus 1.8.2) or (FPC v3.2.2 and Lazarus v3.2) on Windows 7 SP1 64bit.

Not only... Garbage Collector is forbidden in low level stuff.
