Sorry about the delayed response (i don't read private messages often).

UniqueInstance uses SimpleIpc, a unit that comes in fpc. You found a bug (a serious one) in SimpleIPC.

Just a question, do you turn off the computer by pushing the power button or using the OS shutdown option?

the name is    /tmp/tuni*

I turn off the computer by pushing the power  button or.
close  Konsole,  where programa runining.
