Eye Candy (EC-C) Controls

I am probably missing something that is obvious but never mind, here goes....

I am trying to use the TECRuler component to display the Scale.ValueFormat of esvfTime.

Selecting this format does change the display value to 00.00.00 (hh:nn:ss) but this same value is displayed at all long tick points. I can't find a way of incrementing the values to 00:00:10, 00:00:20 and so on.

Could someone point me in the right direction, please - Blaazen, maybe?
