Is anyone working on a Freepascal Webassembly compiler ?

Although not exactly equivalent, pas2js does a similar job.
The subsequent js code can be compiled into web assembly with third party tools.

I believe Karoly was dabbling with it. Don't know if there are any results yet.

Michael recently wrote somewhere in the forum that the Foundation contracted Karoly to continue/finish his work on it (see here).
