Any way to visualize e.g. x-xxx K nodes and their relationshipts

What i am looking for is something like the images shown here:

https://www.google.com/search?q=visualize+nodes+graph&tbm=isch

It does not have to be perfect and I can mold the data, so it fits the graphing capabilities
