DBgrid does not accept translation in main form only

This is strange bug  :D .
I did a very simple project to simulate it.

You mean that the header of the DBGrid in the first form is not translated? This is strange indeed. You should file a bug report. (But add a few more words when you describe this issue, otherwise nobody will understand the report).
