Projetct migrated from Linux to Windows but now it runs on command prompt why

I just migrated my project from Linux to Windows everything is fine and it compiles nice, but everytime i open the program the windows command prompt is opened.

Why that?

GUI only programs should be of type {$apptype gui} in Windows.
