Lazarus Application to change WIFI settings

Hey! does anybody have example code to change te wifi settings from a Lazarus Application on UBUNTU-MATE RPI3 ?

If you know how to do it on the console, try to make the same file modifications from your program, and trigger the same commands using e.g. TProcess.
