GTK3 has big problem with ATFlatToolbar

CudaText gtk3 build shows totally broken toolbar with icons. Icons paint with 2x smaller size in the wrong coord of buttons.

I guess ATFlatToolbar demo (package ATFlatControls) will show this bug.
