Create a map with delphi

is possible to create a map like google map with delphi, with two input Latitude/Longitude and he show you the place  %) ?

I know component TMapViewer only. But I'm not sure if it is still maintained. Here: https://sourceforge.net/p/roadbook/code/ci/master/tree/mapviewer/
