cairo dll and typelib
« on: August 17, 2018, 07:50:14 am »
Hi Folks,

not really pertaining to FPC/Laz, but a question:
Does anybody know of a cairo.dll (and supporting dll's?), which has been compiled with "stdcall" instead of "cdecl"?
And maybe an acompanying TLB for it?

Or the other way round: Is it possible to compile a cairo.dll as described above with FPC?

Not asking for me, but for a friend, who needs it as stdcall (because of Visual Basic)
One System to rule them all, One Code to find them,
One IDE to bring them all, and to the Framework bind them,
in the Land of Redmond, where the Windows lie
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Code is like a joke: If you have to explain it, it's bad

afaik cairo is not COM, so there probably won't be a typelib.

objects are fine constructs. You can even initialize them with constructors.
