HTML Component Library / HTML Editor Library now with Lazarus support

HTML Component Library and HTML Editor Library now supports Lazarus (Windows / Linux).

HTML Editor demo compiled using Lazarus: https://delphihtmlcomponents.com/lazeditor.zip (GDI canvas).

Yes, cocoa is already implemented for Delphi and will be ported soon.
