cocoa trunk - TScroolBox missing scrollbars

I think I have a weird problem. Some places I have a TScrollBox the scrolbars are shown - others not (This is unlike Lazarus/Carbon or Delphi/Windows where they all show the same)

Have anyone noticed such an issue? And what the cause may be?

I this is a problem for carbon tscrollbox https://bugs.freepascal.org/view.php?id=27449 maybe is related.

Hmm... I had hoped there was an existing Cocoa specific bug report, but I will try see if I can figure out why it works for some and not for other scrollboxes
