Extended for ARM and other CPU

Hello !

I have switched VirtualTreeView to TTreeview when there is no 86 compatible CPU.
So here is Extended for ARM and other CPU :
http://extended.in/

You need to erase virtualtreeview from lazextinit. I have not found how to do over.

If you do not want to patch fortes report ce, here it is :
