Nope
TMS have own TMS Scripter component. All pascal script lib convert pascal to some pseudo code and can "easy" convert to JS.
1. DWScript -> JS -> Smart Mobile Studio
2. TMS Scripter -> JS -> TMS Web Components

Now we miss
3. pas2js -> JS -> Lazarus LCL Web Wigetset

This is the future of Lazarus :-)
