Virtual Treeview 4.8.7.4 and Cocoa - FakeActiveX error

When trying to compile in version 1.9 (not during package install but when used by my project) it throws an error about "Cannot find FakeActiveX"

Are there by any chance any recommendations on which virtual treeview version to use?

Note: The version 5.x series for Lazarus does not seem to suffer from this problem.

Copy the appropriate directories from 5.3 series to 4.8, namely:
1. VTV5.3\include\intf\cocoa\  to  VTV4.8\include\intf\cocoa\
2. VTV5.3\units\cocoa\  to  VTV4.8\units\cocoa\

It should work without any other modification, if not please let me know.

Yes, as noted in the update I made to the original post - the 5.3 source compiles without problem! :)
