Question about TNotebook.TabPosition

In ObjectInspector i not found property TabPosition for TNoteBook. TCustomNoteBook had this property in public but not in published section.
 TabPosition wouldn't published ewer or ATM is not redy to published (is it not fully funcional)?

TabPosition is published in TTabControl, TPageControl
