How show thumb in merged cell kgrid

I found how to show a picture in a merged cell in Kgrid using drawcell-event.
See attachment 'shoot-test2.jpg'

But, can someone tell me how to do it, so I have the thumb is correct sizes just as I have in a HTML-page see attachment Shoot-test1.jpg

In my drawcell-event the result is a full sized thumb with the sizing of the actual merged cell

Solution found.
In creation form, all thumbs are loaded into tpicture-array
In drawcell-event I
- Painted cell white
- calculated the center of the merged cell and showed the thumb not strechted as a bmp
