 :'(just change the interrupt procedure public name from 'TIM2_interrupt' to 'TIM2_global_interrupt'

Thanks for the information.
I changed it in the DE and EN tutorial.

Somehow I feel like certain things have changed in the ARM cross compiler since I created the tutorial.
