IDE installing package is broken

When I try to install a package in the IDE (Compoents | Open package files) and click Install, it insists that I save each file open in the IDE (unit1.pas, project1.lpr, etc.). I tried starting with a new application, but same thing.

I would report this as a bug, but Bugtracker appears to be down.

0.9.22 is already available on Download page.

Stable download = Laz 0.9.22 and FPC 2.0.4

Snapshot = Laz 0.9.23 and FPC 2.1.3

See the difference?
