Drag and Drop

Hi, I want to drag an item from a DBGrid (Emails) to another DBGrid (Accounts)

I need to drop the Data on a specif Row of the Emails grid that is currently not selected.

How do I find the underlying Grid-Cell and thus the Account, the Mouse cursor is over?
