Customization of component palette?

If there is, I do not know where is it, if not, it would be really good to have it.
What?

In delphi, when you right-click on component palette, you can organize components.
For example, Indy makes a lots of tabs, which I can organize into 3 or 4. It takes space, unnecessarely.
Is there a way to put components from one tab to another and then delete tab?

I am using linux.
