Control Panel Applet for Xfce

Hey!

Was wondering if anyone has ever made panel applet for Xfce or any other DE?.
HOW-TOs for Xfce are all written in C.

Just convert them. You will likely need to write (or convert) wrappers for the C headers, though, as XFCE is written in C with GTK+.
