Parse Error ?

hi
i build a apk.but it don't install and show " There is a problem parsing the pakage"?
when i Build it , evry thing ok
the Lazarus build APK file, but it don't run in my phone or my simulator?
galaxy SIII mini

lazarus : 1.6
windows 7 64x

Install using adb install and read the reason why it doesn't install. From Android UI, the information is not displayed.
