Who's maintaining the content of OPM nowadays? Indy needs an update (OPM has 10.6.3.2, GitHub has 10.6.3.11).

Hmm, recompiled Lazarus with FPC 3.2.2, then back with FPC trunk and it's working now.

Hello, it seem that the proxy force the usage of user/pass because I'm working with a proxy without authentication and OPM cannot charge the packages list.
Could you verify please? (email sent).

There are proxy settings in OPM under "Options" > "Proxy". Did you check them?
