IIRC, this internal error had something to do with partially rebuilding units with inlined procedures.

A full build would workaround this error.

If you press run after a full build, the application is always recompiled, unless you changed a setting in the project options. So if you run the application you get this error again.

Note, that this strictly related to the compiler and had nothing to do with the debugger.

Indeed, removing the inline keyword and directive everywhere solved this problem, thanks. Can I uncomment those with the next release?

It happens to me from time to time. I restart Lazarus,but it still cannot work.
