Recompiling the IDE resource file

I'm trying to replace the IDE's traditional main icon, but just replacing the icon file ("lazarus.ico") in the \ide folder isn't enough.
Before, I guess, the RES file ("lazarus.res") needs rebuild, which requires the respective sources ("lazarus.rc").

Is the RC file available for download somewhere?

As a workaround - until I can get my hands on the RC file...   :D

I've just managed to replace the MAINICON directly within the RES file by using ResourceHacker.
Then I recompiled the IDE by reinstalling a design-time package of mine.
Worked like a charm.

Anyway, I'm still interested in the RC file.

Ok, I ended up reconstructing the RC file by hand (zip attached).
I used Borland's BRCC as resource compiler (not included in the zip).
There is also a batch to ease the compile job.

I do not change the icon of Lazarus IDE, but did for splash.
