Program show window with message:
"Failed to execute windres -v C:\****\***\file.rc  C:\****\***\file.res" .

after cancelling this  propertias I have next:

"Compiling resource start.res
d:\lazarus\fpc\2.0.4\bin\i386-win32\windres.exe: can't open `start.res' for output: No such file or directory
start.lpr(19,1) Error: Error while linking"

what message do you get if you execute windres -v your_file.rc on a commandline ?

Any solution to this?  I have the same problem trying to compile my project in Windows.  This is a project I built with Lazarus on Ubuntu and now I'm trying to compile it on Windows.  Any ideas?  Running windres from a command line seems to work ok.
