Is the fpc svn site mirrored?

svn checkout http://svn.freepascal.org/svn/fpc/trunk fpc
gets me "The server sent an improper HTTP response"

Trying to use svn2.freepascal.org/svn/fpc/trunk fpc
seems to hang and do nothing.  [later: I got an empty directory]

Is the FPC svn repository mirrored anywhere else, like on Sourceforge?  I grabbed a Lazarus svn from https://svn.code.sf.net/p/lazarus/code yesterday successfully.

I'd really rather have stable code but I saw a note yesterday that cross-compiling to Android >= 5.0 needs features that aren't in FPC 3.0.0
