Looking for textmode ide

I installed the Lazarus 64 bit and it came with FPC 3.0.0 version. I went into the FPC folder from Lazarus folder, and couldn't find the textmode ide. I just want to use the 'Turbo Pascal IDE' mode. I used to programming in Turbo Pascal 3.0 during my college time. That was back in the late 80's. Is it in the fpc-3.0.0.i386-win32.exe?

FPC shipped in Lazarus Windows installer has been trimmed down solely for Lazarus functionality. Therefore the textmode IDE is not included, nor the complete source code of FPC. FPC's own installer for Windows includes the textmode IDE.
