Lazarus program with form

Hey i'd like some help with a program on Lazarus since i'm a begginer and my boss where i practise wants me to create a program but i don't know anything about forms. Anyway the instructions are: Its kinda a lottery program every Thursday and Sunday there is a draw where five random numbers are drawing from 1 to 45 and one from 1 to 20 so i just have to make a program where i'll have a form with a button which when i click on it, it will check if my numbers have win, the numbers that i'm supposed to save somewhere  those 6 numbers (5+1). He also wants some dates on the draws.   :(

You should read some tutorials.  Here's the Getting Started one. Also, you have the Free Pascal Wiki with tons of information, examples and tutorials (as the Form Tutorial, that is a good one to start with), and this Pascal Programming book at Wikibooks.
