Has anyone got an example of using the Microsoft Speech Platform?

I'm trying to find information on using the Microsoft Speech Platform (Not SAPI), but all I'm finding are old examples of using SAPI, and those mainly focus on text-to-speech, I'm looking for speech recognition.

Been looking for a while, but not found anything useful.
