Extract part of image

Hello Guys, I wanted to know if in front of a photo I can extrapolate from only part of the picture with orange background image and put it aside . So I am interested to take the text with orange background . Someone tells me how to do? Thank you

Otherwise, it depends, there may be a more adapted solution. Can you provide an example of source image?
