Look into JCL. They have working procs.

How did you get FPC 3.0.0 working on El Capitan 10.10.2?

Why shouldn't I? There are excellent official installers for the current versions of Lazarus and Free Pascal. The only "problem" might be that they aren't code-signed, so you have to right-click the installer icon and to confirm the security dialog. That's all.

Yes you can install but you CAN'T debug and thats the problem because there isn't a proper debugger
