TBitBtn.DrawEffectsEnabled is not drawn the same as TSpeedButton (QT6)

When TBitBtn is drawn in the button down state, its glyph does not use the same glyph effect that TSpeedButton or TEditButton uses. The values deeAlways, deeApplication, and deeSystem do not seem to be applied to the glyph on TBitBtn.

The attached images demonstrate the differences when the control is in the Down state.

deeNever is drawn the same for the three sample controls.

I'm posting here because this is a new feature, and I am not sure if this is actually a bug - or just typical TBitBtn behavior on QT6.

Please open issue about it and attach example project with explanation.
