Cross compile WINDOWS to ARM LINUX (question)

Hi.

I need to compile for arm linux under windows7 x32

but tutorials on wiki, there's for under linux.

anyone success cross-compile under win7-x32 for arm?

p.s. if success with debug, plz let me know with debugging!
