Extract Units from FCL / LCL

I want build a database Application. But the units DB, DBCtrl are implemented in the standars-librarys. If I want compile this
units, I have to compile the fcl and the lcl. How I can cuild an own
library whitch implements then units DB,DBF,DBCTRL ... etc.
I think it will be useful, if it possible.
