About cyrillic support!

I resolve the problem with cyrillic.I start Lazarus with :

$LANG=mk_MK.iso88595 lazarus

There is no need to change the default system encoding.

Now i would like to ask if someone from Lazarus team can tell me, how Macedonian translation could became a part of the official Lazarus distribution ?

PS : Excuse me for my english,if i make a mistake.

I am new in Linux and Lazarus so please anyone could you tell me how to start Lazarus with this command:
$LANG=mk_MK.iso88595 lazarus

Ok I found I can start Lazarus with

LANG=mk_MK.iso88595 lazarus

in terminal.

How can I make link from Programing menu to start with this command in Fedora 6 and Gnome.
