Accessing a Paradox table

Hello.
I am a new comer in the Lazarus world. I would like to know how to access a Paradox table   and eventually how to convert BDE-Paradox tables into MySQL tables ?

You will have to do the conversion from Delphi since the BDE is not supported under Lazarus.
