Libraries for Image Processing

I'm newbie in Lazarus, is there any library that helps with image processing (like OpenCV or Point Cloud Library)?

It's only available as SVN-repository.
Click the blue "Browse Code" in the upper-right. You'll end up here.
You can download a snapshot of the complete code with "Download Snapshot"-button.
